Premixes & Mixes

The Inventis mixes and premixes contain all the ingredients you need, except yeast, to create super tasty products: multigrain loaves, country breads, croissants, etc. This wide and varied offer includes all bakery products to keep everyone happy!

Our formulas are developed according to the selected flour bases (hard wheat, rye, soft wheat, etc.) and the required technological and sensory properties:
Premixes: 5% to 60% on flour base. The user simply adds flour, yeast and water.
Mixes: 100% complete blends. All ingredients are included, except for yeast and water, which are added when mixing .

Instructions for use: incorporate the mix or premix directly into the flour prior to mixing , and then add the yeast.

Blends

Inventis blends are preparations based on yeast, sourdough and functional bread making ingredients. They enable you to prepare assorted products from a single-dose sachet. The sachets are vacuum-sealed to guarantee optimum yeast performance.

  • Dail’i Blend – A variety of specialty breads: traditional baguettes, ciabatta, focaccia, etc.
  • Trad’i Blend – Recipes with subtle and intense aromas: multi-grain, country style, whole-meal breads, etc.
  • Soft’i Blend – Melt-in-the-mouth products with a delicately sweet flavour: brioches, Viennese pastries, etc.
  • Napol’i Blend – Pizza dough for all taste: thin and thick crust pizza, flammekueche, etc.
